Rice is born and raised at Philippines (Manila), he is a gifted student in his childhood, but at home he is abused by his parents and the punishments are usually harsh like, beating him up with a glass bottle, or pouring hot candle wax on his hand till he finishes his school work, but when he reached ten he received his little brother Jeremy, he takes care of him and adore him, when their parents can't. Few months have passed and Eric walks back from home after school till he saw the fire department near his house, when he comes closer to the house he saw it in ashes and hear the cries of poor Jeremy inside, he tried to get inside the house to save his brother but one of the fire fighters stopped him, not letting him go making Jeremy die.... (the cause of the fire is Eric's father committing suicide). So he ran to the forest blindly as tears covers his eyes as he rolled down the hill till he saw Kalós.
Kalós taught Rice how to fend and take care for himself, he gains his powers and meet his friends, Aria, Jacob, Trev, and Jay, he shown them his powers, so they decided to help Eric with his powers along side Kalós, to the hero we all know as the Hero of the omniverse.
He was later tired of Fighting alone so he made the ODEO (Omniversal Defense and Exploration Organization) and build the Bunker of protection and saved 20 Billion people across the Omniverse and 8 billion of them are now working with the ODEO to help him reach the Goal to make the world a better place

Beam of Justice: its a Yellow beam that can destroy buildings with ease, It can also change its size
Spikes: self explanatory, he summons spikes from the ground to impale the opponent
MANIC/RELENTLESS MODE: this is when Rice's Rage that have been fuelling up from the inside finally let go and he is pissed and not Holding back
Mercilless: Rice's have ultra focus and Increase Reaction Time this Enhances His Agility Tenfold
Chess-Mare: it traps the opponent in a large chess board and make them dodge pieces, if they failed they get crushed
NIGHTMARE MODE: this is a sub form of Manic this increases strenght, speed, and agility
AWAKENED FORM: this is when you really fucked up, so bad God can't even save you
suffer: this makes anyone feel all the pain in the Omniverse, this also Remove your Will to live, Your Friends and Family all hate the poor Victim, this also Removes your sanity (this is a 1 time use move)
Memory Wipe: this will clear all the memories of the opponent(s)

Rice is usually chill but hardworking and maybe a bit silly, but serious when a fight happened especially against Yukand.

Hyperish arc
While Rice was saving ppl he teamed up with Stone, and Unacknowledged team up against Hyperish an entity that prolly one shot most ppl, during the fight Rice read his mind and gets filled with hatred as he skill issue'd Hyperish (this is cringe)
True Peace Arc
The war after Yukand died, Rice freed all the fictional characters from "The bunker of protection" and live a normal two years...
Controlled R1C3 Arc
Main antagonist of the Arc as the UBD-9 Virus infects him while Shine pours the symbiote to the Bunker of Protection so Rice punished her by cleaning the entire Bunker
Rice vs Niki Arc
Rice went Head to Head against Niki.chr to avenge the death of his Bestfriend, Jacob and many others that falls victim in the Red Mist
VS Battle Master
(Note: I havent Read some of these posts) Rice tried to fight the Battle Master alone but failed losing half of his Bravery, but later in the arc he fought the Battle Master again but later lost both of his legs in the process
OMNIVERSAL WAR ARC
Rice defended DDICU 25 against the forces in DDICU 30 and 38 he brought alot of people with him in the war like multiple AUs of Rice and many others
