Rice was Exploring Some Random Universe till he stumble on a symbiote called UBD-9 and he decided to research it till he got infected and turned to R1C3

The antagonist of this arc, Rice gets controlled by a black goop sort of nightmare fuel, causing him to do evil acts.

- CHAOS **WILL** ENSUE, post made by MK6822. Shine uses the special properties of her portal to steal a sample of the black goop that infected Rice from his laboratory.
- ~***CHAOS***~, post made by MK6822. Shine releases the black substance into R1c3's bunker of protection, where it will infect all the residents that he has saved and put in this bunker.
- The bunker is a target, post made by Draka. Draka speaks to the captain of the Barrinian Armoured Corps, Gracia Mattinsdatter, and convinces her to send a motorised artillery brigade to destroy the bunker.
