Original Peka is most known as a backup incident resolver residing in Gensokyo, and a Main Character. Like how he's the backup there, his role in the AHC is usually being the backup to resolving the situation (He has yet to showcase this side in AHC). He has two clones which help him every so often. He and his direct clone, Touhou Peka, are gapped (warped, teleported, etc) by Yukari Yakumo. The location of this gapping are usually completely different universes and worlds, this event happens to him every Tuesday.
The other clone is Azur Peka, a secondary clone from Azur Lane and is the Commander of the fleet.
There's also an alternative version of Peka from Hyperdimension Neptunia, who the others call HDN Peka, which is part of Planeptune's Guild.
Personality
Original Peka and Touhou Peka are known to be nice people who're slightly eccentric. Their manner of speaking is pretty casual outside of combat, being quite chill and nice. Whenever someone threatens them, they grow more energetic. They're prone to emotional outbursts of anger or sadness. They share Reimu's apathy towards training, it's not necessary.
Azur Peka is well reserved and compassionate as well as formal most of the time. He's an excellent strategist because he leads most operations. His manner of speaking is also quite chill and kind.
HDN Peka is well reserved and serious, usually stating things in a blunt and calm manner. He has basically no chill. He slightly looks down upon the other Peka because he doesn't get how they can be so causal all the time. He is determined to help protect the nation and will help out other members of the Guild.
Physical description
Original Peka and Touhou Peka usually wear pretty casual clothing that are green to symbolize their ability. They has blue eyes and brown hair.
Azur Peka usually wears a white navel officer's hat and a white officer's coat with light green streaks on the sides. He also has a white undershirt underneath the coat and basic dress pants.
HDN Peka mainly wears whatever works, but it usually consists of a green T-shirt and navy blue sweatpants.
Backstory
Not much is known about the Peka's past. They refuse to answer any questions related to it.
Powers and Abilities
- Original and Touhou Peka
- Flight at high speed and using danmaku: Like most residents of Gensokyo, Peka can fly and shoot out magical bullets consisting of orbs, lasers, etc.
- Capable of manipulating luck: As one would think, being able to manipulate luck is quite the impressive ability. Like all abilities in Touhou, it's quite ambiguous. Although he self imposed a rule on himself to only use it 8 times per battle. In dire situations, the limit is out the window.
- Azur Peka
- No special abilities other than exceptional good luck which has saved him in the past.
- Access to the HRUNTING/YGGDRASIL Mark II [Azur] mech designed by UNSC Melbourne II and ONI Unseen Point II.
- HDN Peka
- Proficiency with the Dual Blades known as Luck's Bane, which negate an opponents luck when struck, giving them completely neutral luck. As a side effect, it also gives the user neutral luck, in exchange for the ability of negating an opponents luck.
- Completely neutral luck.
Debut.
Original Peka first made a major appearance in the arc when Rain and the Grand Priest was planning to flood the Earth, whatever that meant. At the time, he sent his clone to handle it. Touhou Peka made the play of the game I believe by basically one-shotting the Grand Priest with just simple danmaku (Bullet Hell). Then the Grand Priest exploded the Earth, which both Peka survived because Yukari gapped them as soon as Earth went kaboom, and also they were lucky due to passive good luck.
Azur Peka's debut is unknown within the canon, he kinda just showed up one day.
HDN Peka's debut happened when all the Peka at the time, those being Original, Touhou, and Azur, were talking about what to do. They were T-Posing while spinning when Generic Peka #1, a basic Peka that goes along with the c.ai bots story, tried suggesting ideas to them. Then HDN Peka kinda just showed up, told them to get a life, and then the post ended.

- MV.Eve.
He offered Copycat Stone, Stone, and Ascended Aon a stay in Gensokyo while the whole thing was happening. MV.Eve, knowing Gensokyo's boundary of existence was going to be removed, attempted destroying it before it could be removed from that Multiverse. Peka, alongside Yukari and Reimu, expected MV.Eve would try that and cloned Gensokyo's existence as Genesokyo. MV.Eve fell for the bait and gave time for the three to proceed with the plan of removing Gensokyo's boundary of existence.
- True Peace
It was basically a fun three months in Gensokyo for Peka, since 2 years in the Outside World is roughly three months. Tuesdays were chaotic, and there weren't really any incidents. In this canon, he was there during the incident where Gensokyo's land lost its ownership. But he sat on the sidelines since there were TONS of incident resolvers here, so nobody needed backup.
