D'Ayla Oretsdatter is a minor character in the Omniverse who has very strict morals. She is best described as a sociopath. She is the cloned sister of Draka

Appearance

D'Ayla is a (roughly) 6'4 human female. She has dirty-blonde hair reaching a maximum of 4-inches in her cows-lick fringe, and up to 10 inches elsewhere, though she frequently cuts it back to shorter lengths. Like her "brother", she possesses a strong jaw, cheeks and brow. Due to being the female form of a light person, she does not have exaggerated "feminine features", and appears generally masculine.

Personality

D'Ayla has mastered the ability to mask her personality. She often presents an unemotive, reserved persona, though she can become excessively spiteful and violent if provoked.

Powers

D'Ayla has the ability to manipulate her mental energy into metaphysical objects with varying properties, a power called Bogslovi (God's Word). These forms resemble various objects in function, such as Explosive Reactive Armour used on modern fighting vehicles, shaped-charge or other High-Explosive munitions, or structural support. Using these Bogslovi can be fatal if over-done, and possessing such a powerful form of the ability can lead to a so-called "magic period" (term coined by Su1tesMe), which causes physical pain and mental distress.

Backstory

D'Ayla was created in an experiment involving NRAO-077, a substance derived from the Rejuvination vats found in the Shadow Realm, developed by Sir Larter Groffier. Royal Mercenary and Research Supervisor Draka Oretson donated a sample of flesh with the goal of seeing whether the sample would be sustained. Due to thermal conditions, the sex of the stem cells produced by the fluid was inverted, thus producing a female individual. Originally, this individual was called NRAO-355, with various derogatory nicknames. Eventually, Draka Oretson was allowed to retrieve the clone, and she was granted Barrinian citizenship due to concerns surrounding the International Act on the Trearment of Sentient and Intelligent Species.
